Travel Information OP Eagles Tournament September 18-19
The hotel has extended the cutoff for reservations at the group rate and the cancellation date to next Friday 9/2/10. Currently they only have King suites (with pullout queen sofa bed) available for Friday night, although some doubles should free up tomorrow with other teams having a cancellation date today. Both room types are available on Saturday night. Additionally, the caterer has offered to set up a pizza party in the hotel for any teams interested. All teams that are selected for participation in the FC Pride Cup (Indianapolis) are required to make hotel reservations for their entire team through the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association-Housing Group. Reservations are required at one of the designated hotels and MUST be booked through the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association. Absolutely NO exceptions.
Hotels will require for your team to stay two nights regardless of the game schedule. There is also a booking deadline of 9/9/10 and cancellation deadline of 9/16/10. Any reservations canceled after this date will still be charged 2 nights room rate plus tax.
All rooms must be canceled on or before September 16, 2010.
There is a rooming list for each team that must be filled out and returned to the hotel group by Thursday, Sept 9, 2010, which requires credit card information for each guest. Each of our 3 teams in the tournament is assigned a specific hotel. All three properties are next door to one another, sharing a parking lot. All are either new or recently updated. We have been designated 15 rooms at each property. Room types will be assigned on a first come/first serve basis. The hotels are less than 15 minutes to the soccer complex.
