Kroger Program

Kroger Neighborhood Rewards Program

**Update**

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the club will no longer be able to track individual player credits from the Kroger program.  When the program changed in May, 2012, we were told we would get a list showing the card holder name and card number to track credits.  Kroger has now realized this does not meet their privacy policy, so they will be unable to distribute individual account information.

The club will still receive the credits from Kroger through April, 2013.  Individual players will not receive a credit for Spring 2013 fees.  The board members will need to determine if we continue to participate in the program next year.  When you signed up to have your credit go to NWC, it was only good for one year.  We will let you know at a later date if we will continue with the program next year.

Thank you for your understanding in this situation.

New Kroger Program - Kroger Community Rewards

Kroger is in the process of implementing changes in their rewards program that benefits non-profit community based organizations.

The current Neighborhood Rewards Program that utilizes Kroger gift cards obtained thru community organizations will be discontinued begining April 30, 2012.

You can continue to load money on your NWC Alliance Kroger Gift Card thru April 30, 2012 and any money loaded onto the gift card(s) thru April 30, 2012 will be credited at the 4% rate to player accounts for the 2012-2013 season.

Money remaining on the loaded NWC Kroger Gift card after April 30, 2012 will continue to be available to use for Kroger purchases.

We will have more information available to NWC families about the new Kroger Community Rewards program in the coming weeks.  Some key points of the new program include:

  • Tagging your Kroger Plus card to NWC for your choice as a qualified organization.  Loading gift cards with money will no longer be necessary to participate in the program.
  • The money donated by Kroger will no longer be a fixed amount but will be variable based on the overall participation of qualified organizations across Cincinnati, Dayton, Indiana and Kentucky.
  • Several types of purchases will be excluded from the reward program including fuel, alcohol, and gift cards.

The new Kroger Community Rewards program begins May 1, 2012.  We will have more information and registration information available shortly.
